Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 10 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained in the following circumstances:

- The product is already out for delivery.
In such an event where cancellation is not possible, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
Perishable Items

The request will be entertained once the seller or merchant has checked and determined the nature of the damage or defect at their end. All such reports must be made within 10 days of receipt of the product.
